I’ve been coming to this station for almost two years, about once a week, and always filling 20 lbs of propane. The staff had always been friendly, which is why I kept coming back. But today I had the worst experience with the manager. Even though my cylinder gauge showed only about half full, he insisted that a full 20 lbs had been filled. I explained that my empty burner cylinder weighs 23 lbs, so with 20 lbs filled it should be 43 lbs in total, and asked him to check the weight. He refused, saying my gauge was broken, and wouldn’t even listen to my explanation that this is not a standard household cylinder. When I got home, I checked again and confirmed that only about 10 lbs had been filled. This was very disappointing. The manager ignored the customer’s concern, refused to verify, and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. After nearly two years of loyal visits, this experience makes me seriously reconsider coming back.
I had a wonderful experience at this gas station thanks to LAKHWINDER . He is courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He made sure all my questions were answered and provided assistance with a smile. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and I truly appreciated his effort to make my visit seamless.
The worst place to get a U Haul. The people working there are absolute cheats. When I rented the U haul, it was for a move totalling 15 kms. The fuel meter had a mid reading. I ensured to put 15 dollars of fuel and gave it back to them Then they call me and decide to put an additional 22 dollars charge after I left the truck to them. This is inspite them checking and saying everything is okay. Absolute cheats. Will fight with U haul for this. Please do not go here to get your truck
I refueled here this afternoon. After tapping my credit card, the machine prompted me to insert my PC Optimum card. However, I don't have a PC Optimum card, so I just picked up the gas pump and refueled my car. After refueling, the gas pump did not give me a receipt. I want to confirm whether the payment was successful?
The only reason for me to come here is the Customer service!! I bet its hard to find people that for any businesses, who push themselves to be the best for the business! Full serve gas station with best gas price along with the propane filling. And their staff is also very good and helpful. Overall I would like to say it’s the best gas station.
Always cheaper gas here than all others near it. It's full serve so you'll have to wait most times. I usually just get out and pump it myself. If the attendant is fueling propane, you'll have to wait to pay too.
