For me, it's a total rip-off. Buying beer at any store or gas station costs $35 for 12, and here it's $50 for 12. Unfortunately, I didn't look closely at the register, and they refused to give me my money back. I don't think that's right; it's a complete scam.
Staff is extremely rude, they only communicate by yelling and screaming. Washroom is broken (based on reviews it’s been broken for ages), when you get close to read the “no washroom” sign they yell at you again, not even paying customers get to use it.
Terrible experience at this gas station due to an extremely rude staff member, a Chinese guy, who showed unprofessional behavior. He refused to let customers use the washrooms and was dismissive when approached. Such poor customer service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
Worst customer service ever received in Canada specially from the Chinese guy. The owner of the store should take some action against him and fired him otherwise it will affect the reputation of the business. As you can see the majority of the reviews here are negative regarding the customer service.
Why won't you guys put receipt paper in your machines ever? It is such a waste of time to go in and wait in line to get receipts. 3-5 min each week of time wasted = 3-4 hours per year on asking receipt. I avoid going there a lot of times because of this. Not cool
Terrible customer service! The attendant was rude and unprofessional. I entered this gas station during heavy rain, and the attendant blatantly asked me to leave. He did not care whether I was a potential customer or not. His behavior suggests he might be a racist too. Save yourself a bad experience. Take your money elsewhere, where your patronage is appreciated. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
I went right now to use their washroom they told me only for customers i said i need to use the washroom urgently i will buy something after i use your washroom buy they refused me and actually i had to buy a chocolate before i can use their washroom but i decided not to use their washroom and i told them keep this washroom with you the Chinese lady was very rude there was no sign which says washroom is only for customers they don't have any customers service nor any courtesy towards the customer i would higly recommend anyone attending this gas station to avoid it
