Made an appointment, got an email from the booking site with a booking ID, and a reminder 2 days before said appointment. On the day of appointment, I'm notified by email that it's cancelled with no explanation. Meanwhile I'm excited to be having my hair done for my birthday and now it's too late to book somewhere else. Edit: Kellie fixed this and I'm so grateful. So she called me to apologise and reschedule. She wasn't feeling well and that was the reason for cancelling, she just took too long to give me an explanation. She did a fantastic job and I love my hair.

This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve had in Toronto. From the moment I walked in, Kelly made me feel comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and gave me honest suggestions to make sure the style would last. The braids were ridiculously neat.

The parting is the neatest I’ve ever had, and the braids are so well done it looks like something out of a magazine. What really stood out was how gentle she was no pain, no tension, and it still looks flawless. I’ve gotten compliments every single day. You can tell she takes real pride in her work.
I got medium-sized box braids from kelly, and I’m obsessed! The hair was soft, tangle-free, and didn’t have that weird plastic smell you sometimes get. Kelly was gentle on my scalp, on time and was very cordial with me. The finished look was super neat. It’s been 4 weeks and they still look fresh. I'll be here next month tho...
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I booked an appointment with this braider a week in advance for December 17 at 3:30 PM, confirmed the details, and showed up on time. To my shock, she completely ghosted me. I waited outside her apartment building for an hour, frantically trying to reach her. I called over 20 times, sent 5 messages, reached out on Instagram (including two calls), and even attempted FaceTime audio. Nothing. She never responded, not even 24 hours later. This braider’s complete disregard for her clients and her appointments is appalling. She wasted my time, nearly ruined my holiday plans, and caused me an enormous amount of stress as I was traveling. I had to scramble to find another braider in less than 3 hours, which was incredibly difficult during the holiday season. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect and professionalism. Do not book with her unless you want to risk being stood up and left stranded. There are plenty of reliable braiders out there—this one clearly doesn’t value her clients or her business.
