Tony did an amazing job. As someone who hasn’t dyed their hair in a salon for years, he walked me through the steps and explained the process. I think the balayage came out a very natural looking and beautiful. His team made me feel like a princess (I have really long hair and at one point 3 people were styling at once). Overall wonderful experience and will definitely return ☺️
Jenna has been doing my hair for 7 years now and I would never trust anyone else. The rest of the team is so wonderful and kind. Love visiting and spending time.

This review is a bit overdue (4 years) but it’s a heads up for other people, I booked balayage with Tony the owner and was quoted 400 his he didn’t even touch my hair and his assistant had done the whole thing which is weird when you book with a specific person, then without being told any extra costs I was getting my hair styled then randomly cut and when I went to checkout my total was 700… I was too young and nervous at the time to say anything but honestly the experience still haunts me of that 700 mistake and the colour came out way more orange and lighter than I requested and ended up box dying it the next day
Such a terrible salon and extremely rude staff. Tony was very disrespectful and arrogant. Came in for consult with Tony and he started to insult the texture of my hair and proceeded to make indirect racist comments just plain horrible. Never again will I go back!! There’s no shortage of good salon in Toronto and Lac and Co is NOT one of them. I think you get better service at your local super cut than here. * note not using my real name*
Jenna is a very skilled and detailed colourist. If you are looking for the perfect beach balayage, she is your girl. I find myself to be a very picky client and she is always accommodating. Front desk staff and reception are PERFECTION. So knowledgeable on product and very welcoming. Thank you Jenna and Lac Team xo
