I went in for a haircut. Good customer service and everyone was super nice but the left side of my hair is a full inch shorter than the right and it was all supposed to be one-length. To be fair my hair was much, much longer before and it's super thick but I still paid full price to have a very noticeable difference from one side to the other.
I have been going here for over 2 years now and getting my haircut exclusively from Byron. I don’t live downtown but going to another hairdresser would feel like I’m cheating not only on him but myself. He always takes his time making sure I walk out of there confident as ever. Shoutout to Haley also for always give me the warmest welcome. Always a great atmosphere!
