Was the best haircut I’ve had in ages. Really sweet couple running a family business. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly, talented, tons of high quality products they use and give you generous sample of.
I had such a wonderful experience at Holdengrace with Angela! She took her time with my cut, wash, and styling, and the results were amazing. Angela really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the look I was hoping for. She’s friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. My hair feels healthy, and looks beautiful. All the staff are highly qualified, and kind , and listen, and it shows in how people look and seem to feel leaving the salon. The atmosphere is friendly, caring, relaxed and luxurious all at once. This is an independent business, that truly enjoys doing what they do, and they do it with grace and style. The gentle and humble confidence in their talent,and knowledge , is matched by their sincere appreciation for their clients, and their desire and capability to consistently deliver quality and beautiful services, with no pretension. This caring and professional approach is reflected in every aspect of the experience and the environment at this true Salon. I have beautiful hair everytime I leave, I feel and look amazing up until my next appointment, and am always genuinely educated on how to care for my hair and continue to maintain the look I am going for. I visited HoldenGrace for the first time to get my hair done for a wedding I’m attending later this afternoon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Romina did an amazing job, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!!!! Will definitely go back!
I was in a time and location bind, but needed to get my hair ready for an event. With extra long and unruly hair that has not been touched through covid I was a bit concerned about walking into any salon. And, this place seemed like it might be super snooty. In fact my plan had been to only have a quick visit for a wash and blow-dry. Holdengrace was a beautiful and welcoming space, the stylist instantly showed me that they understood my hair, and I trusted them for a cut and a style. I left that place feeling phenomenal and set for my event. In fact, I will try to visit and book Jaya again. Thanks for this work!
Overpriced but respectable. Edit: I paid $100 just for a haircut. A $100 for a cut which looked good when it was styled (I didn’t ask for it to be styled, I wanted just a cut) but when I washed my hair it looked like a mess which is unacceptable considering I clearly told the hairdresser I never style my hair and that I let it air dry. I also said my hair spends most of its time in a high ponytail and wasn’t able to make one without bits of my hair falling out because she shortened it more than she was supposed to. I’ve first put 3 stars but just remembering this experience made me so aggrieved that I’m changing it to 2 stars. I have to say I really liked the hairdresser even though she made a mess of me. She asked me a lot of questions and really tried to figure out how I like my haircut, because honestly, I’d never even remember telling her that I wear my hair in a ponytail most of the time, but Jesus lady, if you are going to ask all of those questions at least use the info you got.
