How many times do I have to repeat myself! They are not good listeners. Robots "I said add red onions" rep: just kept interrupting when I'm explaining what I need on burger "HEADACHES" come on....
Horrible customer service. My husband went in @10:23am to buy something to eat and he needed to use the restroom while he was there, the customer service rep was extremely rude to him saying washrooms were for customers only , when he went into the washroom it was filthy, there were feces all over the toilet he said it was absolutely disgusting and he left.
Wonderfully, attentive and warm service from beginning to end. The two staff were working very hard but also very kind and we're very accommodating to us. The food also just hit the right spot, especially after a long day. They also have two things to wash your hands near the front which is very convenient!
This is my A&W HQ no matter what is happening, they always deliver great service, top quality food. I remember that infamous Blackout in Toronto, I had no food and they were the only one in the area open. I went pretty late and despite the circumstance of the day. They had a smile on their face. Their service was excellent and they were so kind and patient. Whenever I need that comfy food, A&W is the one. Thank you!
There only seems to be two employees working for a relatively busy location. Food is good but takes a while to get. Probably won’t return with my grandkids
This location has the aircon on way to high, and the music needs to be toned down. Way to cold to eat your food comfortably By the time you get to your fries they are cold.
The sandwiches were OK but the issue I had was when I finished the hashbrowns I noticed the oil in the small basket it looks like they don't regularly change their oil. I would personally avoid any fried items from this location in the future
