Came here with my son and it was too busy. Probably 2 people ahead of us, which the line was quick. The food did take long for a burger and nuggets but came out fresh when it arrived. Okay experience!
I've beeen going there with my son every morning for about 2 year. The service is good and the staff is awesome. The only thing is that most mornings you go there you never know how many homeless people sleeping in there or just sitting at tables with all their stuff the staff does the best they can but now I notice that they don't do anything it's getting harder to go there now. I hope something will be done about this.
They do not refill the soda for dining customers. This is against A&W policy. Standards are made to be followed. Good brands always keep their standards uncompromisingly same. Must work on this.
Cashier at front rushing us for no reason. There was literally 2 other people in line…worofuk? Better customer service is needed at this place, muttered something under her breath when we wanted to order more. Felt judged……
i went to this branch to get a meal just now but the cashier wasn't not friendly and she's kind of rude and she look so mad at me.. she doesn't fit on that position.. worst cashier ever I've encounter.
The first time ever I go to this location I get food poisoning. It’s a shame because I don’t think I’ve ever had food that has made me sick like this. Only just a couple hours later. I ordered the Nashville chicken which came with 5 pieces of pickles I didn’t eat, but still I ended up terribly sick. I’ve seen other reviews of unsanitary practices and I would have known I would have never come here. This is the first and last time I would come here. One would think they put literal poison in my food. I am so upset. Never again.
Excellent service and a great team. Their coffee and food is always fresh. Exceptional service. The whole team is nice and great. I love going there. Every-time I get amazed.
