Our food was delicious. We went in pretty late and everything was made fresh to order. Omar was really nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and we ended up staying and eating our food there. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again Omar!
I bought two buddy burgers for my sister and I & this is the size of the meat they gave us. Super upsetting, definitely not buying from this location again.
This place needs a visit from the health inspector. Noticed the same thing as the other comments down the list. Doesn’t look like there is any urgency for safe food handling. She went right from the cashier to making my burger with no gloves, didn’t wash her hands. for a $15 burger. Wear some gloves or wash your hands, jeez. Wouldn’t recommend, won’t be coming back. Save your money. Save your health. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was bugs and rodent poo in the food
Worse food handling place. No training in food handling. Never use gloves or washing hands. I don’t know how this place still running. Employees don’t care about anything. Food handling is worse than street food hygiene. I don’t think these guys know about the word food safety.
I am writing to formally complain about an extremely disappointing experience I had today, June 22, regarding an order I placed through SkipTheDishes from A&W at approximately 1:45 PM. At the time of placing the order, I clearly requested that ketchup and a straw be included in the bag. To ensure this was noted, I even called the restaurant to confirm my request. Unfortunately, the items were still not included, showing a complete disregard for the customer’s instructions. Worse still, when I called the restaurant again to follow up, the female staff member who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to take accountability, spoke disrespectfully, and even refused to provide her name. Her behavior was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role and showed a complete lack of basic service etiquette. To make matters worse, the food delivered was stale and appeared carelessly prepared, which made it inedible. I had to throw it in the bin, resulting in a complete waste of my time and money. This experience has left me very disappointed with both A&W and the SkipTheDishes service. I urge you to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not face the same level of poor service. I would appreciate a response and resolution to this issue.
Food quality was garbage. Order took way too long to arrive. Drinks were warm and spilled all over the food. Absolute trash quality control and no pride. Management: shame on you.
Every one dining in, was kicked out, @ 3 a.m; due to the actions of, a mentally challenged individual, who vandalized the restaurant. Food definitely wasn't good; had the same meal at the Transit Road & Wilson location - meal was superb❗ Its my expressed opinion, that any anr all90+follow-up, with the franchise owner, is a futile exercise. I just don't go there anymore. Their loss, as I fully support another location, despite, this location being down the street from my condo.
