We ordered 2 teen burgers, nashville hot chicken sandwich & 2 sweet potato sides. Order came up, hot off the fryers…. After a few bites of the Nashville chicken sandwich, i noticed that the centre of the chicken was cold. Wasn’t expecting that. I realized the meat was frozen before it gets dropped at the fryer. I was so disappointed the way the chicken was cooked and served. Server offered to replace the sandwich but i declined
I don’t know about the store but the store staff is so so so sweet I have oder 2 days from different acc today and yesterday same food And had wrote some note and they made extractly same fresh fries seasoned on top patty fresh ketchup mayonnaise everything just perfect I would say to manager to give a appreciation to Friday and Saturday staff And yes you guys totally deserve a 5 star rating And gold in staritech The best ever Love u guys the very few selected store ever seen to even care about the uber oder the best i just wish u guys get gold every year and 5 stars
Visited there a few days ago, the service was decent and the place is super clean. Rb was friendly and recommended some great options. Overall it was a great experience
10 out of 10 amazing experience the cashier was a Filipino young lady. She was so kind and sweet maybe an amazing latte and the gentleman who made me. My burger was really polite and kind. It was a great experience.

Update: Early this afternoon, I got 2 root beers for my mom and me. I was asked if it was take out out dine in. I said takeout and was expecting something to help me take it out, but didn’t receive anything from the cashier. I didn’t bother her for a tray, and proceeded to my car where I gave my mom her root beer and ended up spilling mine. True customer service would’ve at least asked me if I would like a tray for the two drinks. I have to maneuver opening the exit door, car door and the two drinks. This is still a nice A&W however, I think they can work on their customer service just a little more. Previous: Great service❣️? A&W is much more than a burger joint nowadays. They’ve got a whole variety of not just root beers which is great but also smoothies, fountain juice drinks, hot and and cold coffee flavours. Burgers too which are fresh. Clean place. I didn’t know it but now, they’ve got a whole family of burgers with the teen burger, momma, grandpa, buddy, uncle and even baby Oh ya beyond burgers too. Gotta try! People are very nice and place is clean. They even have a sink where u can wash up in the dining area
They switched from their unique and delicious square hash browns to the same oval ones that you can get almost anywhere. They were my reason for going there. Now I have no reason to go there. Please let me know if they return to their unique and delicious square hash browns. Thank you.
