Rude customer service rep! Kept talking to a person infront of me in cash and was so rude to me when I asked her about a supplement! Seemed extremely racist! I decided not to buy observing her behaviour towards me! Will never go there!
This place is great. The owner was there and she educated me and provided exactly what I needed. She also recommended some great probiotics as well. Very glad I came here as these people are not just your average retail sales person, they are actual experts. Thanks for the help.
I have been buying different products from this location for the last few months and the team here is amazing. Monica and Lindsay have been a great help in recommending and directing me to the correct products for my needs, they provides excellent and informative service. I don’t come downtown as often as I used to but when I do I always make time to stop at this location. They have a great selection of products, usually walk out fully stocked up.
This is a great company for my nutritional supplements. I had been looking for a place to get a particular supplement after the closure of my local health food store . Nutrition House was recommended to me by a friend and I was so delighted to speak to Lindsey and Monica who provided excellent personalized service, and got me exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I will very happily order from them again.
I visited this morning with a receipt and an unopened item, and asked to do an exchange. Immediately the staffer was hostile and said we don't do returns from other stores. I read the policy that is on the receipt to her, photo attached... She said I can call my manager and ask, she also said she doesn't know how to do that, she has never done that before. I said your lack of not knowing how to do something does not mean you don't do it, she responded with an exasperated OKAY. I said I am not being rude, you are, I am asking questions you don't like. There is a difference. The call was unsuccessful at first, the staffer texted and then another call happened in which the tone changed as she was talking to someone of authority, her boss. I desperately wanted to say your tone is different, why aren't you speaking to you boss the way you just spoke to me, but alas that was just an inside thought. Once on the phone, she said we can't do it, we don't exchange products we don't have. I said even though that is not noted on the policy? She said YAHhhhhhhhh in another OH WELL tone. I said okay. I will follow up with the head office on this practice. Can I have that number? She responded I don't have that. I said - So you don't know your policy, you don't know how to do an exchange, and you don't know the customer service phone number? She was appalled by the change in my tone and attitude which was warm and inquisitive for 98% of this interaction. I said you were rude and had a tone and now you are getting it back don't be surprised. Now to call the head office, I will update soon! UPDATE - head office phone number does not work and this generic response below is interesting considering I have already emailed customer service and no response as of yet. UPDATE - Nutrition house as a whole is great company that I will continue to support and purchase from. Staff need to know polices and procedures and behaving poorly because you don't should not fall on to the customer. Since my last update, the company has one allowed the exchange at location intended, which would have been the TD Nutrition House. They have gone above and beyond customer service wise with email communication, gratitude and correction.
