This place needs a security guard beginning early in the day. A psychopath nearly knocked me down as I was coming out of the washroom and then he slammed the door extremely loudly as if he was trying to take the door off. Unfortunately, this city has all kinds of unsafe people. The store should have better security.

Big Carrot is ripping people off. $9.00 for soy milk, when I can get it at No Frills for $4.00. Claydry deodorant costs around $20.33 with tax now, but I can get it on iHerb for $11.50 with tax. I was paying around $13.00 for the Claydry deodorant at The Big Carrot about three months ago. The Big Carrot has raised the prices on a lot of products to a crazy amount, while I can find the same items at other grocery stores for much less. I am reporting your business to the Ontario government.

Great experience, the freshness and quality. The variety and the quality. The amazing sections and employees. The great kitchen in soups and hot bar and ethnic dishes. I live far east, and I drive 40 km to Big Carrots in passion and enthusiasm.

The skin care and body care section was the best, specially the both ladies which really guided me with what l needed and even suggested me with some cream sample for pregnancy as I am pregnant. I bought baby products; shampoo, lotion and diaper rash cream. I am sure I will come again. Best customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best grocery store in the city! Awesome staff, and the best organic produce I’ve found in Toronto! Loyalty member points add up and especially when you take advantage of 10x’s pts day.

They charge thirteen dollars plus tax for a gluten Free chicken and vegetable pie that literally has six tiny little pieces of chicken in the entire pie Hope you feel good about yourself

A temple of capitalism!!!! Uber expensive market for a questionable quality… NOT offering free parking to your customers is another proof of how little value you put in your customers! Ridiculous! And because i received your response: “ Hi Vasiliki, we do validate parking! If you spend $50 or more we will reimburse up to 1 hour - $3.00 value. You just need to present your parking ticket at checkout to receive reimbursement” No big carrot… I am sorry but we don’t always need to purchase products of a $50 value…. We simply need to buy one product and park there for 5min! Are you going to reimburse me for my parking ticket Thank you but I’ll choose other groceries with free parking irrelevant to the value of my shopping..

Hi Vasiliki, we do validate parking! If you spend $50 or more we will reimburse up to 1 hour - $3.00 value. You just need to present your parking ticket at checkout to receive reimbursement. Being in a busy area on the Danforth, where paid parking is typically expected, we hope you can understand. Also, the parking lot does not belong to The Big Carrot. Thank you!
