Staff is always very helpful and they carry some unique items not carried by other stores. They will order in anything not in stock and were good with their communication. This location even cuts glass! Been frequenting them for years and I highly recommend them.

I really want to support my local store but honestly, they didn't have an item i wanted that showed in stock on their web site and they couldn't cut a copy of the very standard house key I brought. Why bother going here?

It's a classic Toronto experience in local neighbourhood kind of way. The folks working here are great. They will help you find what you are looking for. You can also order items that are not stocked in this store. These people actually answer the phone unlike big box stores. Overall this is a great Home Hardware Store with mostly great employees.
