REAL REVIEW! I dont even know where to start. Davies gave me price on the phone and then I insisted he come see the place. He than saw the place and still gave me the same price and my brother had confirmed with him if they would clean the walls and magic easer and scuffs etc. He came on site with 3 other woman and one pregnant lady. They did a HORRIBLE!!! job. I mean the place needed a good cleaning and some elbow grease but they didn't even do as simple as vacuum the place properly and just vaccum the spider webs. We had to go back in there 3-4 times to ask them to clean something that wasn't cleaned. They literally just did a surface level clean (wipe down things, garbage small items with broom and dustpan). My brother and I and the tenants just ended up cleaning everything ourselves and got our own cleaning supplies, as the owner refuses to pay the company because they didn't clean the place properly. They didn't even have proper cleaning items as any normal household would and they were a cleaning company. I had better cleaning supplies for my own house. At this point the home owner is upset and Davies from DOS Cleaning states that they're a huge company with many clients and employees. And then he accused us of being racist. Honestly I don't even know how they're in business and they have a high rating. They seemed like a joke and I'm vey surprised. The ladies seem nice and I felt bad but I can't force the owner to pay the company when they didn't even clean the place. Goodluck to the next victims
Tried to charge me $500 for a 1 bedroom apartment and 2 hours of work. When I showed him the website prices he said the website isn’t “working properly” and made excuses that didn’t make sense for the pricing. Will not be using this company again as they were not transparent in the pricing and tried to change the price by 300$ after they did the service. Be careful.
Hired David and his team to remove the pet odor in my house. At first, David promised me that he guarantees that him and his team will be able to remove the smell and if not they will be back as many times until the smell was completely removed. Upon arrival on the first day they charged me an additional $150 to clean the carpet stairwell which I complied with. Some of my personal cleaning supplies were also used without my consent. After 2-3 days the smell was still lingering, so they came back and said this should permenantly remove the smell. It didn't remove the smell and they said they are willing to come back for an additional charge of $250. If you hire a odor removal service that guarantees that they will get the job done, you expect them to stay true to it. This was not the case with Dos pro cleaning. Be warned that this company may charge extra upon "completing" their service. Would not recommend.
Awful quality of service. They missed so many things. No dusting at all. The blinds and the baseboards were left as is, they did not even touch them. If I could rate their cleaning job at 0 stars I would. I would never hire them again.
We had a pretty terrible experience with this cleaning service in kingston. The nicest explanation I can think of is they bit off more than they could chew. We asked for a deep clean and assistance boxing all clutter/throwing away all garbage (which was considerable) in preparation for an extermination treatment, and moving furniture away from baseboards. They assured us that they were familiar with this work and had done it before. The transparency about the charges ahead of time was non existant, but an understandable misunderstanding. They understandably asked for extra compensation, and I would have happily tipped them more had they actually done the work they said they had. The furniture was moved and things were bagged, but shelves were not dusted and huge messes of food were left in the cupboards. It was clearly left, no attempt to wipe it. Loose earth was left on a table and the top of the fridge hadnt even been cleared off, much less wiped down. Our personal cleaning supplies were used, which I wish had been communicated. Worse than this was the fact that in the bags of garbage they had planned to throw out were several expensive and irreplaceable items (curling wand, old and expensive video game). At first sight I thought it was intentional, but the bags also contained random dish cloths and socks of ours, and they helped us sort the bags out. The same bags were being used to throw out garbage and store items, so the explanation is believable (they were working very hard and it was a bit chaotic) but it made us very nervous nonetheless that such a mistake was made. Overall, I felt that a lot of trust was repeatedly broken with this group, and communication throughout the whole process was quite poor despite many attempts at clarification. I ended up asking for a partial refund on the deep clean portion of our bill with attached pictures of our cupboards and tables. I have not received word on this yet.
