I needed someone at short notice to get the house cleaned up. I got standard cleaning done - the results are average. Attention to detail is missing. The carpets were not moved and there is dust underneath. The dusting and surface cleaning is not great. Nooks and corners are not well done. Appliance have finger prints as they were before cleaning.

I haven't hire the services of this company However, Hadis, the owner, few months ago crashed my car, as having this problem as first time in Canada I didn't know how to procede and I believe in her because she said that she will talk with her mechanic and schedule an appointment for me. She gave me his professional card to call her and then she never answer my phone calls or messages. If she acts like that, I can already imagine what her services must be like. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the damage because at that moment the battery of my phone was running out, it wasn't a major damage but still she had to be responsible for paying.
I can't say enough good things about this team. We went to collect the keys for our new home and learned that it had not been professionally cleaned (had a strange smell, bathroom needed a deep clean badly) and we only found out at around 7pm the night before our move. I called H&M Maid and asked if they could do an expedited cleaning service and they offered to come that evening. They cleaned our place from 10pm-1am. I couldn't believe how amazing the service was, but on top of that.. our house was SO CLEAN. It had the clean smell right when you walked in. I'm very picky when it comes to cleaning.. and they did a better job than I imagined. Inside every cupboard was cleaned, the bathroom was SPOTLESS and the floors were shining. I would highly recommend these ladies.
