They did a great job and I was very happy with the result of how the apartment looked, however I booked 3 hrs and was charged for 7 hrs because two people were cleaning. I understand more time was needed given it was a move out cleaning, however I wasn’t told I would be charged for double so more communication would have been appreciated.
Jesa is the absolute best. We have tried numerous cleansers over the years from small companies (one person) versus the big insured and bonded machines and none compare to her work. She always does a perfect job and she is careful with your things would highly recommend her
