This was my first time using Eh! Maids who came highly recommended from a friend. I am pleased to say that Maria Vieira did an outstanding job. She cleaned exactly the way I was hoping for. I highly recommend her and I would definitely use this company again.
I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from our cleaner, Zezinha. She was simply amazing. I am very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my home, especially my hardwood floors and she left them shining clean. She also took extra care in our bathrooms, especially the bath tub. We have a child and a large dog and she took care of all the hair from our dog and the extra clutter from our son. Thank you!!
It was just alright. Toilets were cleaned well, however the mopped floors had dirty water streak marks all over that made them look dirtier than before. Some walls were scuffed up by the maid, and they also caused some damage to the faucet.
We booked with them online. Received confirmation of the booking. We were sent preparation tips the day before they were to come. 10:00 came and went…no cleaner. Tried calling but got their voicemail. Tried emailing- 3 hours later still no response. They didn’t forget to charge my credit card though for a service they didn’t provide. Not professional!
Update: my second visit was also riddled with scheduling errors, and the cleaners were about 1-hr late. Still pleased with quality but this may not be the service for me as I do require consistency as I work from home and schedule my workdays around arrival hours. Great service and quality cleaning. I did have a scheduling issue that was inconvenient but thankfully not majorly impactful to my day. I have seen other reviews with similar scheduling challenges, so I would suggest to new clients to try to pick a date that you can be a little flexible with just in case they have the same challenges on your first visit.
