My apartment needed some TLC, so I found Good karma cleaners on Google and they did an amazing job! The cleaners arrived on time and did an incredible job scrubbing my bathtub and some tough kitchen stains which I thought would never go. I highly recommend this company!
They do a really good once-over, follow directions well. I would definitely consider them for pre and post a vacation away from my space. Away from my space.
The absolute worst client service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for today morning at 9am, an appointment I took the morning off work for. I get a call 30 minutes prior saying the cleaner is unable to come and there is nothing that can be done. When I called the manager to complain he was unapologetic and actually point the blame on me for not understanding their situation and proceeded to yell at me on the line. I strongly recommend never using this cleaning service.
We had our first service from G&G two months ago. Initially we were not completely satisfied with their cleaning job. We contacted the owner with our feedback and he was very sincere and did absolutely everything he could to ensure we were happy in the end. We look forward to working with G & G again because of their commitment to client satisfaction! Update: our second cleaning was slightly better and we were asked for feedback at the end. Still I would say cleaning not up to par. Much work had to be done after she was finished. We were sent the same cleaner when we were offered a different person after our initial complaint with no followup from the owner.
Cleaning "Company?". This is no company. I have a cleaner booked for 5 minutes from now. I just received a text from the "owner" that the cleaner won't be coming; she's not feeling well. No effort was made to make it right, no notice, no backup plan. Get a referral from a friend.
