I don’t know whom I talked to them phone 10/27 around 8.30 pm she was so rude she doesn’t know how to do the customer service better owner should teach to them first.
Stopped by this ice cream shop during a walk. Never again. 1. Only one sample per customer. Absolutely ridiculous. 2. Astronomical prices. We got three scoops and a cone for $20! 3. The ice cream itself wasn't very good. 4. The lady working there did not wash her hands or use gloves before serving us, and touched the cone directly and he hands were touching the inside of the ice cream bucket. Disgusting. 5. Not a particularly clean or nice looking store. 6. Plastic sample spoons. Super wasteful. Should be using wooden.
One sample only!! Can I pay for a second sample No. This isn’t the Baskin Robbin’s I remember… do better. Even the first sample was literally half a gram, my fingernail is larger please follow company protocol, this isn’t your house. Instead be right with such extreme stringent personal policies and lose business. This is CANADA and BR is a corporate company not to be run like your house!! And IFFFFF in fact it’s only one sample allow guests to PAY FOR A SECOND!!! BYE.
A good place to visit if you are in the area. The store has indoor and outdoor areas, and is next to several businesses. For those who are driving, it is possible to park in some free spaces on the street, but there are also paid parking lots. The store has an automatic door that opens and closes, but there are no other facilities for disabled customers - there is not much space for wheelchair users, and there is no access ramp at the entrance. They have a great variety of ice creams and beverages, in addition to cakes that are constantly on display for daily purchase.
They saved the day!!! I had already gotten a birthday cake that I was going to need for the next day. But accidentally, around 8:00 p.m., the cake had accidentally fallen on the floor. Luckily when I called the Millwood store, they had their cake decorator there. She kindly said she felt badly for me and would stay late to help me out. She spent time with me and together we designed the cake just as I wanted. I was so pleased! It looked even better in person than I had hoped! So thank you Basking Robbins - Millwood!!! You saved the day!!! :-)
Ordered a fresh pack and they hardly filled it... I called the store and the lady was very rude. She told me the amount in grams that they fill it too and it was much less than what I saw on the scale. I called her out on that and of course I’m wrong. The ice cream tasted very gritty and old. Go to another location, this one is terrible.
Rude cashier don’t know how to do customer service worst experience ever Yes I was the one who picked up that Uber order your cashier was directing me how to do my job and this totally didn’t make any sense she doesn’t know how this Uber app works and just let u know that with out pressing received on Uber app it will not show the customer address so that doesn’t make any sense to say “mark received in front of me “ said by your cashier. As if I work for her and she is paying me.
