Employees are very polite and helpful. I have visited multiple stores of Baskin Robbins but this location is my first priority for all time. Never disappointed with their service.
They love to give small scoops for anything you get. I complained and say "oh it's normal" not it's not I have had it before in multiple locations. Literally trying to save a few cents on each scoop to increase profits. Other branches actually treat you with respect.
Do yourself a favour and check out the location on Charles. You get your money's worth. I read a review on here that they give healthy portions? No. They give less for more money. If I wanted a healthy portion, I wouldn’t order from an ice cream shop. I ordered a 3-scoop sundae. It was made to fit into a double scoop cup? Not even a cherry! The Charles location and all other locations I’ve ordered from scoop out 3 SCOOPS into a 3-scoop cup. If I’m paying around $20 for a sundae, I’m paying to get my money's worth.
