I have been going to Adere Jewellers for years. Stefan offers top notch customer service. He is very good with communicating on every step of my jewellery being designed and made. He is very knowledgeable and truly understands my needs and budget. I was blown away with my custom wedding bands and how they turned out. I planned my wedding in 4 weeks and had limited time, I was blown away that Stefan was able to make 4 rings and have them engraved before my big day. Stefan is amazing with design. I have received many compliments on all my rings I have purchased by him, 5 in total. Stefan helped me with deciding what to engrave in each ring I purchased. I have had my rings resized here and they are flawless. I can’t even tell they have been resized by the appearance. Go see Stefan at Adere Jewellers and you will not be disappointed. Great guy all around.
I resized my ring there. The job was done okay but the customer service was not good. When I asked politely a few times to check the serial number of my diamond, the guy couldn’t do it and told me that no one would take lab-grown diamond because they are so cheap. I was offended because it was my engagement ring. I don’t think someone especially a diamond seller should make such comment in front of a customer. And my request was very simple. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.
Went in there the other day and I was told the owner's name was Alex. Well not sure who this guy was but the rudest most ignorant salesperson in the mall. You need to find some people skills. Ignorant!!!!!!!!!!!

Cool if you want to pick something up you like. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELLERY HERE. I left my grandfathers ring here for resizing and your whoever just cut the thing and sodered on a piece of something which obviously fell off. its a shame what you did. I trusted you and now I do not know where to take it to actually get the job done. Also i love wearing the necklace you guys fixed...
I went here to get my engagement ring. The owner helped with a custom design for the ring which ended with a unique and special piece. The owner was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and guided me through the whole process from my first ideas to the final, beautiful product. Exceptional service throughout, even in the midst of a global pandemic. I was 100% satisfied with the piece and we will definitely be returning here for our wedding bands. I couldn't recommend strongly enough.
