I ordered my juices specifically to begin my juice fast today. Upon opening the package, I discovered that my order was incomplete and that several items were incorrect. I immediately contacted the delivery driver, who was unable to provide any assistance or solution. I then reached out to a customer service representative at Green Press, who repeatedly insisted that I send photos of the items received, despite already KNOWING that there was a clear shortfall in my order. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Because of these errors, I am now being told that I must wait an additional three days to receive the remainder of my order, which has completely disrupted my plans

I discovered this store while searching for sea moss online and was excited to see they had a sale on several flavors. I placed an order online and opted for in-store pickup at their Bloor & Yonge location. The kiosk itself is cute and well-organized, offering a variety of cold-pressed juices alongside their sea moss products. The salesperson was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how to use the sea moss and what benefits to expect, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m looking forward to trying more of their products in the future.
Selling unpasteurized orange juice with expiry dates far longer than allowed under food safety rules. Either they are mislabelling pasteurized juice as unpasteurized cold-pressed, or this is food poisoning waiting to happen!
Wow! This place has made such a difference in my diet and overall health and I've only been buying the juice for two weeks! The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Highly! recommended!!!!
Love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My entire experience was exceptional from the moment I walked in to the time that I left. The lady working let me sample all the juices and explained each one. My favorite juice is Beet is Orange. I also love their selection of other healthy good items. I highly recommend this place!
