I have had this location cancel/refund my toogoodtogo order over five times in a row. This is really frustrating as I plan my day to make it in time for the pickup time window they stipulate, only to have it canceled every single time…
i’ve gotten the strawberry glow smoothie from here in the past. the lady tried to serve me a brown smoothie this time for 20 bucks. it looked absolutely disgusting and nothing like the smoothie i got before. she was also trying to serve me soon to be expired drinks. it took yasmine 30 minutes to try to refund my visa and at first she said she had no manager and the store did not give refunds.
absolutely awful service. The two girls working were being very rude to the man infront of me. It was so disgusting to watch that I walked out - I didn’t even want their stuff anymore. I hope the owners or management see’s this review and reprimands who ever was working today because treating people - let alone paying customers- this way in unacceptable. 0/5 stars if I could.
Great little spot for fresh juices and whole food wraps and pastries. Nothing they have here would be considered unhealthy. I like the guilt free Nanaimo bars.
The smoothies and drinks are great…. I have to say though the customer service was so AWFUL the girl behind the counter on today at 330pm had the worst attitude! She couldn’t be bothered to say hello or barely answer any questions, had the most miserable look on her face seemed bothered by everything. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place simply because I can’t bring myself to pay this much for drink to be treated like I’m not welcome.
UPDATE: I contacted the email in the response and haven’t heard back from the business since I posted the original review. Love to come here for my everyday smoothie but I’ve noticed the staff leave the be back soon sign up quite often within the day…. Especially when it’s close to closing. I came to the store twice within 2 hours and the sign was up both times. On the second visit I noticed the cashier was in the corner hiding while the door was locked and the store should’ve been operating for another 30 mins. When I knocked she came to unlock it. I asked if they were closing early and she said no. Grabbed my smoothie and left.
I go here almost every week to get some juices for myself and my mom. We love this location!! the staff are always so nice and helpful, and they have a great selection of juices and other items.
