This location is just inexplicably bad. I work in the building, and I often come down to no one working there. They also run out of super basic things - no frozen raspberries, no frozen banana, no spoons, no lids () Such a wasted opportunity on a good location, really disappointing.
This was the most positive experience I have had at a juice bar. The woman behind the counter (didn't get her name but she has a very stylish grey streak in her hair) was cheerful and friendly; an all around lovely human being. I just got in from out of province and was having a bad day due to the heat and she was able to put a smile on my face and put me in a better mood to tackle Toronto. I will definitely be back to Greenhouse because of her.
Great location, small but convenient. The employees always greet me with a smile and are super knowledgeable about the products they sell. Awesome customer service and perfect pit stop for a healthy drink or snack.
I absolutely love coming to this location, it’s so convenient and the women who work there are always so friendly and helpful. They are always super accommodating with any custom orders, as well as any occurrences with the products itself. Great customer service, and great spot for that green juice fix.
This store is placed in a very convenient location and the service is always kind and helpful. The Gatsby green juice is my favorite and it was very nice of the employee to let me sample the different juices during my first visit. Would definitely go back again!
Best juices and smoothies I’ve ever had!!!!! Rococoa is my absolute favourite!!!! Everytime I come by I get it. The people that work here are also super friendly and welcoming!!! My favourite juice place in Toronto!
Asian employee working the register was not welcoming at all. Acted like she was superior to me when I came to the register as if I didn’t belong there. She gave me one of the dirtiest looks when I simply asked for my receipt. She did it begrudgingly because she had to pull the iPad on top of the counter for me to enter my info. She needs more training in customer service. Negative 5 star experience.
