Please hire people who speak clear English! Couldn’t understand one word from the female worker from India. Took over 5 minutes to order smoothies for me and my kids
Booster juice is overpriced for what it is. The menu is confusing. A couple of students behind the counter took their time measuring out ‘shots’ of flavours and pressing various blender buttons. The customers who came in after us got served before us. Me and my young kids were wondering if we will ever get our drinks!
The brown lady serving me was rude and made the worst mind over matcha. The colour of my drink is green instead of purple probably cause she didnt add any blueberries.
15 minutes to get a juice because there is one person working and 7 people in line. What's supposed to be appealing to getting a booster is the convenience. Better off making it at home. The employees are great
Told my friend they couldn't use their gift cards but still withdrew the money from the card and said that they don't accept that payment anymore what a joke robbed my friend and lied.
I love booster juice and get the Strawberry Storm often, however I noticed that not all locations make the drinks the same ☹️ This time in particular, the worker put only one large ice cube and kept adding cranberry juice to thin it out during blending. It was not slushy enough, and the juice probably added more sugar to the drink :( My brother wanted the chipotle chicken wrap, so we got that too! A bit bland, but it was a good healthy snack. I would still come again, but maybe if another worker was there :)
I think they have some new staff and the drink I always get there was actually inedible. Unreasonably so off the mark. I have no idea what recipe they followed. Really dissapointed. Edit: I went back to give them a chance and they were out of whey protein. It's not exactly a scarce commodity. How!?
