I have been three times and had a terrible experience each time. Most recently they informed me after ordering that they were not accepting debit or any form of tap payment and that I needed a physical Visa card to pay. The time prior they charged me for two orders of protein powder that I didn’t order or receive. And the time before that I waited 20 min for my drink as they prepared smoothies and food for three group after me while I stood waiting. I love their product but can not support the terrible service at this location.
I went today, Aug 20th Sunday, for pick up between 2-2.30 pm. I opened the door and entered the store, and I'm in front of the register. The lady inside very loudly asked me if I read the poster in front of the door facing outside the store. I was a bit confused and said no. I don't know whether this Caucasian female staff is dumb, stupid, and rude or doesn't know any kind of customer service. I'm already inside the store for pickup, and she wanted me to go back open the door and read the sign that says "NO BANANA'S, SO NO SMOOTHIE." This Caucasian female staff could easily tell me by my her own mouth rather than asking me, "Did u read the sign which is placed outside Go read it. " Jus say to the customer who's in front of you whats it about...!! You Don't have to FORCE them to go out and read the sign when they're right in front of you. JUs say to the customer. There's no smoothie available. That's it. But the other staff who's an south Asian (Indian) male staff who was working there could understand the confusion in my face, that I wasn't there for a smoothie and for a pickup as he asked me right away. And by the way, I wasn't even there to get a smoothie. So it's very important to know what is actually a good customer service. I hope the company will give this lady some kind of training for at least some BASIC customer service or at least to use them some common sense... I want to mention that the food I got was good. I ordered a bunch of time from Uber Eats, supposed to be 15-30 mins. I've ordered more than twice, it took way more than an hour every single time and the order always came messed up, the restaurant has zero respect for their customer’s time. You can find better smoothies and puddings at better prices elsewhere. Don't bother with this establishment.
Beautiful store, classy part of town and such a nice vibe inside. Super clean and employees super friendly and helpful. Greenhouse juice is top notch all around :)
I brought 101 bottles back ( not my first time as well). The white girl that was working at July 18 at 2 pm. Was not only rude and uncooperative…. I don’t think she carries the companies culture at all…. Not a good image for the whole green and recycle brand … specifically when mofo pike me spend around 1k on this product
Placed an order for celery juice. On the morning of the delivery, I received an email stating they couldn't fulfill my order. Would have been good to offer a discount for a future order.
My go to for high quality juices. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff on hand. Some great promotions today I was able to benefit from, which is always appreciated. Looking forward to seeing a few more store front locations, and an expanded delivery service!
