My experience with Village Juicery has been nothing short of exceptional. I can’t express enough gratitude for the level of customer service and professionalism I received. The team at the Yorkdale location made choosing a juice cleanse effortless and genuinely enjoyable. They took the time to listen to my goals, understand what I hoped to achieve, and guided me toward the best option to truly support and elevate my wellbeing. I had the pleasure of working with their manager, Chad, whose care and expertise made my experience unforgettable. He is the reason this review is so worth writing. Thank you, Chad, and the entire Yorkdale team, for making me feel seen, supported, and valued. And of course—the juices are fantastic!
couldn’t have had a more fantastic experience! juice was delicious! highly recommend getting the be active. Manager Chad was incredible, and the team was super friendly.
Went to get a smoothie at 8:30 and they said they closed everything up already and I can only get what’s in the fridge . If store hours are till 9pm service should be provided until then. Just want to clean up early and go home.
Tried to reduce food waste and purchased from the expiring today items that were half off. Unfortunately, the associate charged us full price and when we went back they were unapologetic, didn’t offer a partial refund and just told us to swap for a regular price item. Previously at this location they were very helpful and kind so I was disappointed with this experience.
This food is medicine!!! I had a nasty cold but I ordered the carrot ginger soup on uber eats and I felt an improvement in my energy levels and congestion nearly instantly! Really happy with my order
I came here on Monday September 8, 2025 (not my first visit nor my last but I feel compelled to review today). I have long been a customer of village juicery both in person, uber eats and through the app. I especially love their chaga cider and their beet juice and truly any of their juices help when im not feeling well to get better quicker. of course its also better to drink their products for prevention. I love all of their soups as well. On Monday I brought numerous empty bottles to add the points to my account. for some reason the company doesn't have the POS system connected to the points system in a way that you can use your phone number and email to have them add the points to your account and you need to physically have your phone and app to scan. it just so happened that my phone was in a 3 hour surgery at Apple. The employee who was helping me was likely also having the same sort of day I was on Monday (I was honestly at the verge of crying all over again from a feeling of hopeless despair all morning and having encounter so many hostile people that day since the moment I woke up). They said they weren't able to help me and I felt so awful that it would be inconveniencing them to have them email head office about adding the points to my account. The bag was heavy to carry around so I wrote down the bottles on a sticky pad. 3 hours later I went back to the store with my phone and the person was done their shift so it was new workers. I explained my situation about not wanting to cause them extra work so I came back with my phone to add the bottles points to my account so they didn't need to spend time emailing and following up. Steven (with the glasses) (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) was so empathetic (sharing that he had the same sort of day the day before) and I honestly had to turn away because I got the quiver lip and was tearing up. It might seem ridiculous but I really appreciated his help and I have no hard feelings about the person who was working before, I just wish the company would make it an easier process for their employees and customers to avoid this. Overall, thank you for your products and people. The reminder quote in the tile was a sprinkle of hope on the way out. Be kind and patient to one another.
Stopped by Sunday afternoon and the girl here was alone handling the line very well. I know how it is working in similar environments, so just wanted to share. The drinks my friends and I got were good as well
