Good product, but bad service. Was told to wait for the manager to receive a display model discount. Waited at least 10 mins if not more, then just left. Think she forgot..
I was at the store today to get some dinnerware. Both the staff members at the store were so lovely. They checked all 16 pieces of dinnerware to make sure none was damaged. They helped repack it and load it into my grocery cart, which is also from Kitchen Stuff Plus from 4 years ago. They heard some squeaking from the wheels and volunteered to spray some oil so the squeaking goes away. Great customer service, and great stock!
Every time I come I can't find what I'm looking for, I always go somewhere else because there is a shortage of materials, today I went to buy a porcelain teapot, there was no other teapot other than the cauldron size one tell me Why do you only have one variety in your stupid stores?

Everything, including staffs, sales, shopping experience were great excet the quality of the product. I purchased a pan for $50 after sale. However, the item couldn’t survive after 1 use, no matter how I washed with hot water

I walked into this store with my daughter looking for a hostess gift. We told the owner we were looking around when he asked if we needed help. After that he was constantly following us around making it uncomfortable to shop which I found very obtrusive and unprofessional as its a very busy store. I will not be shopping here EVER.
