I had a wonderful experience with Elias at Le Creuset. He is incredibly personable and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Elias is very worldly and knowledgeable, and he shares what he knows in a warm, genuine way. He reminds you of the joy of purchasing in-store and turns a simple visit into a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this location for him specifically!!!!!
Extremely disappointed by the experience at the Le Creuset store at The Well in Toronto. We brought in brand new stoneware (with tags still on and a gift receipt) to exchange for something more practical and were refused solely because the box was missing, even though the item was clearly unused. The store manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and simply pointed at a sign saying “employees can refuse exchanges at their discretion” instead of showing any customer care or basic hospitality. What's his problem? How about be a human being. To make matters worse, he handed us the regional manager’s contact, who has still not responded after over a month. I also reached out to Le Creuset customer support and it’s been 10+ days to get a single one line reply. This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced from any brand. No empathy, no accountability, and completely unresponsive management. As longtime customers, we’re incredibly disappointed!
I ordered the Heart Mugs on launch day (Jan 17), but due to a system glitch, my order was unfulfilled and I was only notified almost a month later—while others who ordered later received theirs. Despite the mugs still being sold in other countries, Le Creuset refuses to source them or make things right. Their customer service is just as bad—taking days to respond with unhelpful replies and still not processing my refund after over a month. The lack of accountability and effort is beyond frustrating. Think twice before ordering from them.
Great experience. Bought a dutch oven and they walked me through the different size choices as well as what was feasible to cook in each. They were also helpful in explaining cleaning and care of the product and helping me decide which complimentary colors would suit the pot. Happy with my experience and the help I received!
I had a fantastic experience in this location recently. Great area and nicely kept store. I was helped by Veronika who was truly the best, she was highly professional and knowledgeable about the products in the boutique. She helped me from A-Z to ensure everything ran smoothly with my purchase.
Came in here on a Sunday afternoon to check out the Pokémon set. Got asked to get out because of my dog. The Well was supposed to be pet friendly. I guess not?
Walked in to see if something was in stock. On my way out the older italian(?) male employee told me that my dog is filthy and that I am “weird”. Just absolutely atrocious customer service. The staff here are extremely rude and for some reason feel empowered to make nasty comments towards their customers and their dogs.
