This laundromat is quite the walk from my Hotel. My Goodness but I do have to say Modern machines there’s a laundromat just a couple streets down went in came right out old dinosaur machines who knows how my clothes would smell like. I’ve read other reviews from others and 6.00$ ain’t pricey at all modern today washing machines and Dryers. Beats bringing back dirty laundry back home and doing them yourselves again nothing beats your own home laundry but this will do. Quite happy about keep up the great work
Overpriced for the size of the machine. Bad, lazy support from the owners. I pressed the wrong heat setting and wanted to change it, and they could not be bothered to try resetting it. Edit 1: Also their vending machine is not the best. It keep food with the detergents in the same machine!! Leaves the food tasting like detergent. Do not use it. Edit 2: Also their hot water is not really hot. After putting the hot setting accidentally, when checking the clothes right after the cycle was done, the clothes were very cold. Not what you’d expect of hot water!
$6 for washing my clothes is totally pricey. I am not happy about being overcharged for the items. I will wait for my transaction, but I came here for convenience and the price really took me by surprise. Maybe it makes sense considering how the place looks, but well, lesson learned. I also feel the customer service is a little aggressive seeing also from the reply of the reviews, and if that matches the tone of their marketing then I can understand it, but I am still not happy about it. Just some advice: you should have a sign explaining the “pending” overcharge transactions so people are aware. At the end of the day, someone is paying for the service and everything should be clear
Its not about business, all its about making connections and treating your customers as a priority. Best owner i have ever met. Great place and affordable prices ,and clean washing machines. ?????
We had fresh and clean laundry in an hour thank you ? Great place : One single mention: the dryer machine should be cleaned more regularly as some had residue from the previous clients .
This place is chic. The facility is clean and equipped with LG appliances, which I like. Customers are mostly young professionals and students. The price is higher than surrounding areas, but I think it's worth it. Cons: The place is small, so there are limited appliances.
I found this gem as i was looking for a clean, modern laundry facility with open hors that matched my need. This marched it all. loved the machines took apple pay. met the owners who were very kind. very well maintained facility and did a great job on my laundry
