First off first time here and I’ve never been to a worst laundry Matt than this, the cash machine is empty! With no one to contact. I had to walk in the snow to a nearby store to get change. Machines are overpriced, largest machine is $9, medium is $7, small is $4.75, now I know how this laundry Matt is, I won’t be back. Half of the machines are not working and are very dirty with green mold growing inside the window. Can’t have people paying so much with such horrible service. The entire place is a mess, and hasn’t been swept and again, not a single staff person on site. Never again this is ridiculous.
This place has really gone downhill. They leave all the $3.75 machines broken so you have no choice but the $7 a load ones. The change machine ate my $5 and no one picks up at the phone number on the wall
Far from ideal. Change machine not operational so had to leave and find some. No response from the staff when I called and messaged regarding broken change machine. Finally put my items In the machine and when I put the soap in the top I noticed my hands COVERED in black sludge. No clue what it was but it hasn’t totally washed off with soap and water.
The detergent dispensers look like they have never been cleaned; there is mold and it is black. Beware, 10 pm is a suggested time that the doors are locked. addendum: They have temporarily changed their hours from 5 am to 9 pm.
Change machine didn't work, ate up my 2 dollars, drying machine broken, ate up another 2. Tried to call them, no one answered, tried to text them, it was land line, didn't go through. Awful experience
There's a different laundromat closer to me but I use this one instead, it's the best in the area that I have found. Clean and good value - can pop out to Parliament and grab a cake or coffee while you wait too.
No problem with machines and all...but in these times of uncertainty and right now we're under yet another lock down, how do you justify charging $6.75 for single load and $9 for double. If that's not price gouging and exploitation then I don't know what is. Following the status quo I guess the rich get richer and take more and more from those struggling day to day to make ends meet I would like to apologize to the owners and staff of Ever Clean I didn't realize the single load machines were at the other end of the room. I saw 3 people standing at that end and thought they were standing at the folding table...it was my first visit to that location and didn't realize my mistake until I was on my way out the door. It was an honest mistake and to show my sincerity I kept the original post up as a reminder to everyone that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, it's how you handle those mistakes and own up to them that counts. As well I changed my rating from 1 ? to 5...once again please accept my apology and stay safe
