Ah, the only constant thing is change..I went in yesterday for the first time since the big switch to a coinless system and did what everyone does; “Wwwhhaat?” So, like a dedicated customer whom wrestles with technology daily, I asked for help. Which was forthcoming and proactive. Boom; up and washing in no time, and I didn’t have to avoid the dreaded washer # 6 which ate my quarters and always caused delays and unneeded stress. Being self-employed, I also appreciated that I could get an emailed receipt. I have simple needs and my washing chores are basic, so I can appreciate the concerns of others with more complex issues. I also get that I am now “in the system” of a technological overlord over which I have no control. So, in other words, it’s like most of society wherein money changes hands. I found no price difference, and in fact the drier took far less money to do the job than before. It is still clean, pleasant, has a spotless restroom, and at least one of the TVs had Mr. Bean on instead of CP24. I recommend The Dropp, and wish them well.
Used to love this place, but now if you bring cash you have to go to mommy like a child and get help. The point is the interference. The point is the forced digitization . We don't like being sent to mommy for something we should simply be able to do. You're forced to use digital banking. Or go see Mommy. In case you haven't noticed, people are standing up against this global communist takeover crap. We want our cash and to FREELY and EASILY use it. And to move without being monitored and you're going in the wrong direction.
Visiting the city, needed an accessible laundromat and this was it. The machines were convenient to use and their soap center was also affordable. Would drop by again.
I have been coming here for years. I would have given it 10 stars when the old owner Chris ran it. Now you are charged for the most mundane items. A bag full of wash and fold costs less to dry clean.I wish the new owners luck.
“Amazing service! My clothes came back spotless, fresh, and neatly folded. The turnaround time was fast, and the staff was super friendly. Prices are fair for the quality of service. Definitely my go-to laundry spot!”
The staff ate the best very clean facility has seats to rest and desk and charging ports great for singles ans families lots of baskets and floding stations and a sink to clean up or prepare laundry best facility around.
They do everything they can for you to have a great overall experience coming here. The place is clean and they are always here to solve any problem. I have to say it's a great laundromat. They have wifi, tv, seating, atm, soda cans for $1, wash & fold service, detergent dispensers, large machines, and money exchange machines. It's always clean and has comfortable A/C!
