I had a very stressful experience with Bhupinder Lamba while trying to buy a home in Ontario. Two weeks before closing, he wrongly told us we owed over $250K in NRST tax—even though we were exempt and he had the necessary documents for over a month. His advice was to "call to expedite PR," which was unhelpful and showed a lack of understanding. After two stressful days, I consulted two other lawyers who both confirmed we were clearly exempt and suggested suing for professional negligence. He never signed his opinion (which he charged us for), then later billed us for services he didn’t perform and threatened legal action when we questioned it. Very unprofessional.
Highly recommended, they are the real deal. Friendly, patient, and knowledgable, and offer practical and transparent advice. They truly care about their clients.

If I could give a big FAT 0 star, I would. I was looking forward to hearing from this firm after seeing so many positive reviews, but lo and behold - after numerous emails directly to Ryan and to the firm, and 2 calls with VMs, all I received was a generated response that they had received my inquiry and would get back to me. Well, I didn't hear from anyone. All these positive reviews must be from their buddies from University.
My wife left multiple voicemails over the course of 4 days to two different people and we never received a call back even. Not sure how people get service from this company. With all the rave reviews we were looking forward to using their help but couldn't even get in touch with anyone. Good luck getting these guys to call you back!
