Galina was so friendly while she worked on my case and explained everything involved in the whole process so I knew what to expect, she is extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question they responded quick and where happy to help. They did great work working on a settlement that I was surprized with. They seen the situation that I was put in because of the accident and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the offer and not swept under the rug. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This legal firm has some paralegals who have unacceptable behaviours. Recently after several emails went unanswered, the paralegal who is supposed to be representing me wrote me back, saying they were "simply too busy" to respond. What should I think as a client? I am not a valuable client, so I am not worth their time. However. Is it not for the "time" a legal representative gets paid for? And would you believe the email sent to me when they finally could afford some “time” had no real substance written in? Of course, you guessed it, and the same paralegal again ignored my questions about the steps I needed to start getting treatment approval from the insurer again for over two weeks now. Nevertheless, sadly, I have endured other unacceptable behaviours since I have been with this firm but was trying to put up with it to avoid more added stress to my life as I am still dealing with a lot already. Therefore, anyone choosing this firm must be careful about the representation they want because I have stayed with them since my accident in 2019. However, I am still waiting to receive the kind of service from them that falls under all these fabulous reviews I see on Google. I have yet to experience the support to give this place more than one star. However, if that somehow changes shortly, I will update.
Horrible service. No outcome. They always say they'll call me back with updates and they NEVER do! Heelana, Victoria and Sylvia are all scammers. One time they told me I have a settlement offer from the insurance and they'll call me back with the amount. Never heard back from them, I called to follow up and they then said they didn't get any settlement. Their playing games or their taking your money and telling you there's no settlement offer.
