My partner and I visited this establishment with the intention of obtaining notary services. I contacted the office the day prior to confirm whether an early appointment was possible, and the staff assured me that it could be arranged. After completing my night shift and my partner taking half a day off, we proceeded directly to their office. However, upon arrival, we were informed that they were closed and in a meeting. It was disappointing to have traveled from North York and walked from their former location to the new premises in cold weather only to discover that they could not assist us due to a meeting. Some advance notice would have been appreciated, as this unnecessary delay was unprofessional and resulted in a significant waste of our time and effort ?
Easy to talk to and they're very attentive in helping what I needed. I will hire them again in all my future legal matters, especially to Cathrina and her team. Plus the fees are affordable compare to other law office.

Hard to contact, and get a reply. I asked for service to help with my application since I've already paid and did a consult with the Lawyer. The assistants said they'd send me a proposal and 2 weeks past and nothing. Wasted my consultation payment which they said could be used if I purchased their services. Don't understand why they can't be easy to deal with. Their calendly gives schedules past their work hours but aren't real schedules, don't waste your time there also. Don't know if they have an RCIC in house that's why they can't easily give me the proposal but they could have just said that and I wouldn't have bothered with them. Gave up since they've wasted too much of my time and money.
Ms. "J" was very rude and arrogant during the whole conversation. I gave 1 star for the quick refund only. She insists so much on technicalities and bluntly dismisses my concerns without hesitation. Most of the staff I spoke to, including the young Filipina and the Indian national gentleman, were so accommodating until she took over the phone. Ms. "J" was very disrespectful and has caused a bitter taste in my mouth and eventually stopped me from pulling the trigger in doing business with them despite soliciting high praises from friends.
