The male that phoned me back was horribly condescending and clearly loved the sound of his own voice more than the customer's. He talked about his previous experience as a call centre manager, frequently interrupting me as I was speaking, and made far too many assumptions that weren't even close to reality. Found a *much better* firm, with actual professional staff, and much more reasonable fees as well!
