an incredible massage experience with angela! wow. i felt so cared for - especially while managing an injury- and could slowly feel my body down regulating through her touch (which is tough, for me!). highly recommend a massage in this cozy space!!
Stephanie is a miracle worker. My lower back, hips, and upper legs feel brand new! Totally worth every cent - she attunes to people's bodies and needs and also knows how to work *with* people's bodies.

I had such a great massage experience from Stephanie Rogers. The massage itself was strong and completely tailored to my needs, experience, and body. There were checkins and consent throughout, which for me is a really important part of the experience that so often is incomplete by other practicioners. Finally, something that stood out was the care I felt during the session. 10 out 10 experience and so grateful to have found Stephanie's practice!
This was my first time visit to Vital Touch. Stephanie eased my sore shoulder unlike any other treatment I've had. She found tke knots and treated them giving mectips to try at home. I had total trust with her as she diligently treated my muscles and tissues. I will be returning.
Worst hot stone massage of my life (and I’ve had plenty so I’d like to think I knew what to expect) despite giving feedback during the massage multiple times. Not sure about other modalities but absolutely would not recommend.
I keep going back to see Ashley Gryfe at Vital Touch. She's amazing. Whether you're looking for relaxation or more deep tissue/myofascial massage, Ashely is great. She can target areas that are particularly sore, and will tailor her treatment to what you need. She always creates a peaceful, comfortable space to relax and let go. Highly recommend.
