I booked a 45 minutes massage with an RMT. At no point before or during the appointment was I told that I would not be seeing a licensed RMT. Yet I was charged the full RMT rate. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, and I did not receive the service I booked or paid for.
Worst massage ever! A very painful experience. I came in feeling good, I came out with a lot of tensions and pain. I would need a massage after this. The lady even hurt my head hitting my head multiples times (like a thai massage). I received hundred of massages in my life but it never happened. The second time she wanted to do it, I had to stop her. I told her many times that she was hurting me but she always said "relax and breathe by the mouth". I have to add that I think the place is not really clean; I had the sensation that the sheets were a little wet. 2 hours after the massage, my head is hurting me a lot (almost feel like I have a concussion) and I have some bruises on my back. The lady at the desk offered me to massage me where I was in pain but I declined. I paid because I am an honest person but I should not have paid to be tortured. I really don't understand how you can be a registered therapist and don't understand english neither the procedure.
I had a wonderful experience with the massage therapy session. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really listened to my needs. I felt relaxed, refreshed, and my tension was greatly reduced after the session. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care and a calming atmosphere.
Clean, quiet and professional. I was able to secure an appt quickly and felt welcome as soon as I stepped in. Feel so much better after the DeepTissue massage. Will be going back in a week to have a different massage. Thank. FLC?
Great place, highly recommend. I am yet to encounter someone fro m the staff who gives an unsatisfactory massage. Clean and pleasant place, very professional. This is the only place I go to for back/body massage.
My wife and I always enjoy the couples massage with trained RMTs. We have been regulars for years. The service is good, the amenities clean, and prices reasonable. We always come away better than when we arrived…
We love coming here because of how pleasant the experience is. This has been our go-to place for the last 2 years. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The place looks clean and tidy at all times. We usually book an RMT with essential oils which is extremely relaxing. There's always light music in the room and the tea helps you relax. The room temperature is also perfect for massage. We highly recommend this place and have also recommended it to friends and family in the past. Go there and experience it yourself.
