They refused to provide me a receipt for the massage. This is a big deal as I have benefits but cannot use them without a receipt. I asked for the receipt in person multiple times and also emailed them twice asking for the receipt, unsuccessfully.
I had a great experience at this hidden gem that I found by chance. Two days before I went I had a reflexology apt at another business that that was very lack luster..the treatment turned out to more like a friend giving you a foot rub. I desperatly needed a real relexology treatment. After doing a search online this business popped up because I wanted a place close to my neighbourhood, and thank goodness it did, I made an apt online right away for the next day, "tip"best to just call in not sure their online system is working I had to do a follow up call the next day at noon and only then was the apt confirmed. I added on a 45 min massage to the 30 min reflexology apt. I was treated by Anna who was Ahhhhmazing, I have never had a massage like this and I have a therapist that I've been going to for 15 yrs and the difference is miles inbetween..my regular therapist is good but this massage was something else. The lady who i think owns the business Lily is also very nice...I will definitely be back and I can't wait until my next apt.
Best place to go to! Have never been to Happy Shiatsu New Foot spa before. Went for my first time yesterday and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Staff was super friendly and it was an amazing massage. Would highly recommend. It was so good, I booked another 2 massage coming up within the this month.
The best massage place ever!! Must visit!! Highly recommended!! Lily & Mary are the most hard working people. I went in for a 45 mins foot massage with my husband. They soaked our feet in hot water for 5 mins then massaged not only our feet but also legs (below the knee) calf muscles area. It was so invigorating & relaxing that we would certainly go back there again. They even gave us a 5 mins shoulder & head massage for free! They might have a problem communicating in English but they are great at their job! Must go for a relaxing time!!
My husband and I went for foot massages today, and had to bring our 4 year old daughter. They greeted us with excitement and kindness. They gave our daughter an adorable 10 minute foot massage to make her feel included. They are very skilled, and just a foot massage has released so much tension in my back and hips. I will be a regular customer! Cannot recommend this place enough
Happened to walk by and wanted to give this place a chance. I booked for both myself and my mom. I got the 30 minute Shiatsu body massage and 30 minute Foot Reflexology by Mary. My mom got the 45 minute Shiatsu body massage by Lily. Very welcoming and accommodating ladies. English is their second language but they make an effort to communicate effectively. The place is clean and simple. During the massage the ladies were reassuring, and asked about pressure/pain/temperature. They are both very warm and friendly people, I highly recommend for anyone looking to get some relief from foot/body pain. This place is just fire I went for a 60mins deep tissue massage and a 45mins facial-- the massage was fireeeeeee but the facial was different from the usual facial i get done, there was no comedone removal but dude the hand arm neck and head massage you get while the face mask is on is veryyyyyyyy firrreeeeee. The therapists were Lucy and Lilly both superb. Only problem is the language because their English is limited but hey you going there for a you time right no talks just relax and enjoy. Gifted my husband a foot reflexology right after my treatment hihi.... Price wise very affordable
