My recent experience with this physiotherapy clinic was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I scheduled a massage appointment online for September 13th at 10:45 AM. I even received an email confirmation the morning of my appointment. However, as a precaution, I decided to call and confirm. The lady I spoke with was unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. She repeatedly insisted that I did not have an appointment, and when I tried to explain that I had a confirmation, she kept saying "No, no, no." It was incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. She then claimed she had texted me to cancel my appointment, but I never received any such message. She offered a few replacement slots, but they were at times I couldn't commit to. If I hadn't called to double-check, I would've shown up to a non-existent appointment. This clinic desperately needs to fix its booking system and train its staff on how to properly handle customer calls. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I scheduled an appointment which I received a confirmation for. When I arrived, no one was there, shortly after a gentleman confirmed my appointment and told me to take a seat. Nobody came back out for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Not a spa environment.
Amazing service. Mona saved my weekend. I was visiting for a weekend and hurt my back, couldn’t walk and bend. It was Saturday afternoon so many places were closed, I found this place and Mona took me in for an emergency massage. That helped me walk the next day. She also saw me on Sunday and I had a physio app as well. Her massage truly helped me to be able to go on with weekend. Thank you, Mona!
You charge me for a 1 hour session and it was 30min only, and when I told you this a 30min session you were very rude to me!! Also your massage was not good and the physiotherapy didn’t do anything to me…. All in all was not a good idea to try this place waste of time and money!!!
Owner is very nice , she skilled, knowledgeable and kind therapist. I’m very satisfied with her massage! I felt my body completely refreshed the next day.
Booked a massage 2 days ago, received 2 confirmations and 2 reminders. I called before my appointment to let them know I'll be 5 minutes late. I was told I didn't have an appointment someone else did, then I was told I had an appointment for Feb 24th, then she said she didn't get notified by the app and then I was supposed to call them 2hrs before my appointment to confirm (this isn't mentioned anywhere while booking). I arrived at 5:34pm, she tried to "proof" to me that I didn't have an appointment, but we both saw my name on the calendar for today at 5:30pm. Instead of apologizing and finding a solution, she continues to blame the app and stating it's not her fault. That might be true but how is that my issue? It's for sure not my fault. I made time and effort to be there, so I expect a higher level of customer service. Especially after reading the reviews of the great work they do. Unfortunately, their level massage services does not match their level of customer service. First impressions matter!
I have been going to this clinic for a long time and the massage helped me with my pain specially in my hip and shoulder..and I sleep better..Thank you girls!
