I’ve been coming here since 2018 and it’s one of the best massage establishments I’ve ever been! I started off a At the St.Clair location, but once you have a file, you can use it at any of their location so I love the convenience. And Franco at this location is the best masseuse I’ve had in a while! He really gets the knots out and knows exactly how to maneuver and work the body to help relax again!!! I highly recommend him!!
Swedish massage with Sandy was an exceptional experience! Her skilled, flowing strokes and perfectly balanced pressure melted away tension in my shoulders and back, creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating session. The serene ambiance and her professional, attentive approach made it one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend Sandy for a fantastic Swedish massage!
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not worth going at all. They seem to be running a scam of charging other people on your insurance so beware. Il be raising this to the authorities
my first ever thai massage and it was a great experience. I felt lighter after even though it felt like I got beat up (in a good way haha). Minus 1 star because the online booking sucks. I had to rebook my appointment; good thing they have an availability in an hour
Love all my massages and treatments at at this clinic. Today I was able to fall asleep to a Thai oil massage by Charlene. It was amazing and I feel so much better. I have even brought my 7 yr old daughter for a mommy & daughter massage. I will continue to visit the space as it's clean, welcoming and has yummy ginger tea.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We used to be a regular customer for almost 3 years not until they caused DISLOCATION OF MY HUSBAND'S SHOULDER !! The management didn't care at all - no follow ups, did not even check after the incident. We even have to go straight to ER after during a snow storm!! The owner does not take accountability and will never respond on my texts and emails. The reception, despite of multiple calls I made, they will never return my phone calls as if they were dodging my calls. I will be in the process of taking this place to court since they never responded to our lawyer ever since we reached out. THIS IS NOT AN ALLEGATION. We have proofs that the incident happened and you as the owner did not even let us pay that night hence no paperwork or receipt given to us. You know what happened that night, it was Pei Ling who helped my husband and she was offering help to drive him over to the emergency. You cannot deny this incident. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO US!!!
It's not a luxurious spa, but it's decent and clean. A clean fabric sheet is placed on the massage table. Clean towels are used to dry your feet after a warm water wash and foot massage. The massage person wears a mask and gloves. The washroom is clean with soap, hot water, and paper towels. You are provided with a clean loose fitting shirt and shorts. And you are given a pair of sandals to wear, but other people wear them too... I kept my socks on. Might consider bringing your own sandals. Hand sanitizer is available. The quiet and soft spoken lady who massaged me was skilled and worked the tension out of my muscles using Thai techniques of pressing, rubbing, percussion, and stretching using different parts of her body (eg. Elbows, knees, and feet). I was satisfied. 1 hour massage (15 minutes feet and 45 minutes body). $115 plus taxes. No pressure to tip. But I did because she deserved it. UPDATE January 20 2025 : 90 minute massage with Marisa. Excellent!! I had alot of tension and she worked it out! However, with deep pressure techniques and stretching come pain! Be aware that there is pain involved... pain that can cause you to moan. I am not a complainer when it comes to pain and have a high tolerance. I have a tattoo and piercings, those involved pain. But enorphins get released and it gets a bit easier as the massage goes on for me. Marisa didn't take my moans personally. They were not pleasure (sexual) sounds, they were for pain. She asked through out if I was "ok". It's important to say if the pressure is too soft or too hard. I can take a hard pressure massage, but I can't help the moans... they just come out. It's also vital to breathe steady and deeply. Don't hold your breath. Rest yourself afterwards. Sit in the lobby and drink provided water or ginger tea. The only negative I can say of my experience was that they don't work with Sun Life Trust insurance provider. So I couldn't use my medical benefits from work. I might have to find another Thai massage place in Toronto who does! So sorry... and thanks Thai King!
