Sara is the best! Her knowledge of anatomy is excellent, but more importantly she has an uncanny ability to infer the body's needs. One area might be hurting, but she knows exactly all of the distant muscles and ligaments that are contributing to that pain in unintuitive places. I've had a long-term neck injury and having regular treatments with Sara has been lifechanging for me. I've tried many massage therapists before and no one comes close. Plus she's a great person who I am more than happy to support! Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about Sara and her manual therapy practice. She is honestly the best therapist in the City - I tried many different practitioners when I first moved to Toronto but was never satisfied. Thankfully a friend told me about Sara and the search was over... Since then (back in 2019!) I have been going to Sara regularly. She helped me get through some stressful times with work and during the pandemic. I was constantly having neck / shoulder / back tension issues, resulting in severe headaches. Not only would Sara help release my muscles / tension, she would show me stretches, exercises and posture adjustments to help get at the root of the issue. She approaches her manual therapy practice from a wholistic perspective, with such a deep understanding and knowledge of the human body. It’s like going to an RMT / physio / therapist all in one ;) And I'll also note the extra precaution that Sara took during the pandemic (and still now) with respect to cleanliness and keeping her clients healthy and safe. I have no doubt the extra effort on her end took quite some effort, time, and money. But it is very much appreciated! Thank you Sara - I truly can't say enough!!
Sara’s knowledge of anatomy, deep sense of care, and body positivity has made going to massages so enjoyable and nourishing. I used to avoid massages as they felt uncomfortable as a queer, non-binary and fat person. I felt there was too much to explain about my body without irritating any care provider. I’ve never felt this way with Sara. She goes above and beyond in creating a safe space, clarifying boundaries, and explaining what she is doing with patience. Her talent as a masseuse is clearly in the way she is able to feel the shifts in one muscle to another while resolving tightness, pain, etc. A truly talented masseuse and a thoughtful person, I highly recommend booking a massage with Sara. I’ve been seeing her for years, and despite living further away, can’t help but make the long drive downtown cause she’s the best!
Best hands in the business. Can't recommend Tensegrity enough. Just stop with your other masseuse and go to Sara! She's smart, funny and talkative but knows when you want to just chill. 100% recommend.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tensegrity - Sara is an absolute gem. Her experience is evident in her tailored techniques. I never feel like she's got a one size fits all approach and I always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend!
