Sarah is definitely one of those special people who is really genuine and kind and sincerely loves her work. Today was one of those days where I felt like I was hitting every red light but thankfully my massage with her was the light at the end of the tunnel. After my massage I could honestly feel the released tension in my body and I know that tonight I'm going to get the rest I need for wrapping up my work week. I feel like I've regained my strength and balance - thankyou so much Sarah. ?
Sarah is such a wonderful RMT. She is able to treat any sore spots super gently yet effectively and maximizes relaxation by offering aromatherapy and oil treatments. Her new space is very inviting. I will be coming here over and over!

My aroma therapy massage session with RMT Sarah was amazing. The treatment and the overall vibe of the studio is very relaxing and calm. Sarah was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She even noticed the higher level of tension in my upper back/neck area and offered to send me stretches to help. I haven’t had this with other RMTs which just shows how knowledgeable she is and that she truly cares about her clients! It was my first time at Mendful and will not be my last! I would love to try out the gua sha facial as well.
