Charlene is a gifted practitioner. Very knowledgeable and compassionate, she takes time and care to connect. The effects of her treatment are felt afterwards. Highly recommend trying it out!

If you are on the fence about reaching out for some rolfing work, please do yourself and favour and book a visit with Charlene. I signed up for 10 sessions last year and this year I continue to see Charlene for general maintenance. For me it was especially helpful to see Charlene regulary during the wedding season (I photograph a lot of weddings). After full days of being on my feet and carrying around heavy gear my body usually needs at least a couple days to recover. Since seeing Charlene regularly, my body recovers so much faster. I'm usually ready to go by the next day. Since working with Charlene, I've also become much more aware of how I carry my body (even just walking down the street) and I experience significantly fewer aches and pains in general. I've also brought in localized issues (i.e. pain radiating down one side of the arm starting from my shoulder area) and Charlene was able to address the issue within a single visit. Charlene's intuitive, caring and skillful approach to working with her clients gives me the utmost confidence to recommend her to anyone who is looking for relief and release in their body.

Rolfing has been one of the few manual manipulations that not only alleviate symptoms but heals the long term injuries I’ve accumulated over a lifetime of physical activity. And Charlene has an intuitive ability to know where you need the attention, ability to provide fantastic banter and space when you need to focus on the areas she’s working on.

I absolute love Charlene and Rolfing. It has been helping me a lot to improve my posture and feel better overall after a bad spine injury. I recommend Charlene for her professional approach and skills. Nice clinic, very cozy and quiet.

Charlene is an amazingly intuitive and healing body worker. I have had many Rolfing sessions with her including a complete 10-series over the years. As a musician, my profession takes a toll on my body. Charlene's work helps me maintain good alignment and playing pain-free. I always leave every session feeling more fluid and "in my body".

I started Rolfing treatments with Charlene back in August and immediately felt a new and different sense of flow unlike any massage I have received in the past. Charlene quickly attunes herself to your body and trusts her intuition to tailor her treatments...and she is one strong gal! I continue to experience subtle changes in various ways as I have now started with craniosacral sessions with her for continued healing...

Charlene is a wonderful person and a great practitioner of Rolfing. I took the 10 Series with her after it was recommended by a friend to me. Every session was different, and she walked me through the way my body functions, how I should move, stand, sit and even sleep. While I didn't have any injuries or physical problems with my body, I did want to understand my body better. She guided me through the series, and towards the end of it, I could see a big difference in the way I held myself and moved. It felt like my body had opened up. I can't recommend this series enough to anyone who has any injuries, niggles or even wants to improve their posture and overall body movement. Charlene is amazing, she will listen to you and your body's needs and will pace out the sessions to help you ease into it.
