Visited this location to shop for a wedding suit and my experience with Bek was very pleasant! He was super informative, we had a great chat through the process and he was happy to help with suggestions and insights as well. He explained the steps clearly and made the whole appointment a positive experience, leaving me excited to finally try it on soon! I recommend visiting this store if you're shopping for a good quality suit made to fit and if you do, I'm sure Bek and the team will offer great service.
This is a negative review not about this particular store, because the lead manger Clarence does a great job! I’ve been a loyal Indochino client for a while, but I have to say I’m really disappointed this time with the way how the company runs business. I reordered the same raincoat I bought nine months ago for certain amount, and now it cost me plus 200$ more. I understand prices may go up, and I was told it’s + 20%. But on top of that, they’ve added a new shipping and processing fee that never existed before. That feels excessive, especially since I was just reordering the exact same item with no new measurements or adjustments. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like the level of value and service I’ve come to expect from Indochino. Nothing can ruin the client’s loyalty more than hidden commissions!
I had a wonderful experience at TD centre’s Indochino today. Working with Maryam was a pleasure, as she was patient, thoughtful, and experienced. I would recommend this Indochino location for anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
The team at TD Indochino has seriously upgraded my style. I’m addicted to their made to measure shirts and have gone so far as to log calendar reminders to visit them regularly. You will not be disappointed. Invest in your wardrobe, invest in your self esteem. I’m bringing my boyfriend in to see what Indochino can do for him
I've been recommending Indochino for years, but I must say that the quality of service has significantly declined, particularly at this location. The staff are rude, disengaged, and clearly determined to avoid making any necessary alterations once the product arrives. I visited this location with a friend on Monday evening for a new suit fitting. First, we were made to wait 15-20 minutes while the staff member casually chatted on a call. When my friend finally tried on the jacket and mentioned that it was too baggy, the staff member immediately launched into a rehearsed speech, insisting that some bagginess is normal due to the way jackets are constructed and the shape of the human body. His tone was condescending, and when we pointed out that another Indochino jacket purchased a few months prior fit perfectly, he seemed visibly annoyed. Fortunately, we had the other jacket with us, which had been worked on by another specialist at another branch. He was still dismissive even after being shown the clear difference between the two jackets. He offered to add padding to the shoulders but warned that it could ruin the jacket's shape, making it clear that any risk was ours to bear. We packed up the suit and left. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior at Indochino before. With so many comparable options in the city, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere. If you do choose Indochino, avoid this branch at all costs. Reps at other branches are far friendlier and more skilled at their jobs.
Brandon was very professional and took his time in explaining each customization throughout my first fitting. He also provided great recommendations when I asked for his opinion on the fabrics, lining, buttons, etc. My suits arrived 2.5 weeks after my measurements were taken and fit perfectly. A custom fit is well worth the investment. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
Matt is the nicest person I have met in 2019! He is polite, friendly, handsome, and he has a great sense of style. I Haven't received my suit yet, but a wonderful shopping experience.
