I don’t usually write reviews, but after multiple great experiences at Lost & Found, I felt compelled to share. About a month ago, I was visiting Toronto from Bermuda for a family birthday and wandered into the shop looking for a few basic tees. I wasn’t familiar with many of the brands—most of which are thoughtfully sourced from Japan—so I asked the staff for guidance. That’s when I met Scot, who took the time to walk me through the store and recommended two brands he felt would suit what I was looking for. He was spot on. I bought one shirt as a trial, returned the very next day, and ended up purchasing the same shirt in every available color. During that visit, a pair of boots also caught my attention, which led me to meet Daniel. He introduced me to what has quickly become a new obsession: Japanese-made boots. Daniel patiently explained the brand history, craftsmanship, and fit, and brought out several pairs for me to try. I walked out not only with excellent shirts, but unexpectedly with a brand-new pair of boots as well. Fast forward three weeks—I was back in Toronto for another trip and, naturally, returned to Lost & Found. Once again, the experience delivered. This time, Scott helped me and went above and beyond (quite literally running back and forth) to make sure I had the chance to try every pair I was interested in. I left with yet another pair of boots. I can’t recommend this store highly enough. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, and the buying team clearly has an exceptional eye for quality and character. Lost & Found is now a must-visit for me whenever I’m in Toronto—and I suspect it will be for you too.
I buy all my new clothes here — it’s my go-to spot. The quality is always top-notch, and the value matches it. The staff are super helpful and make shopping easy. Prices might feel a little high at first, but everything they sell is built to last, so it’s absolutely worth it
First experience was in-store about one year ago. Fung helped fit me for my first Aldens (great call on the Shell Cordovan). Knew then I’d be purchasing again. Being from Winnipeg, online it was. Have purchased another pair of Aldens and about a half dozen or so Gitman shirts over the course of the past few months. The online experience has been easy and, most importantly, extremely consistent. A big thank you to Jonathan for: A) Helping me get an order shipped and delivered to me this week before I travelled for work. B) Having a beautiful store with a really unparalleled selection of menswear. Have a day or two planned around a work trip to Toronto again in September. Very excited to head to the store again. Until then, more online purchases to come. A special thank you to the crew at their Shipping Dept! Very prompt, FedEx shipping (a big factor in their consistency), and thoughtful handwritten notes to boot. Appreciate you all!

I got to Ossington and parked right in front of Lost and Found. I tried to use the Green P parking app and it failed me, as I walked to meet my friends at a restaurant. One of my friends, who was already at the restaurant, said the same thing just happened to her, so I decided to walk back and use my credit card. It got stuck in the meter! To make a long story short, Jonathan Elias, who had just closed up shop, came out of the Lost and Found after being frantically waved at and then retrieved my credit card using a pair of pliers. He did not want me to try it again and insisted on paying for my parking using the app, which was working on his phone. He rejected my idea of running back to the restaurant and getting money to repay him, so I guess I will pay it forward. What a sweet stand up guy. I wish him all the best and will encourage my male friends to patronize his store, which, no surprise, appears to have awesome reviews in any event.
