Would be a 5 but a pretty poor customer service over a return definitely shaved a lil star here. Wasted quite a bit of time. Great quality clothes though and the people in the store are very helpful. Confusion came from people over the phone / email being disconnected from what was being said in store. Seemed to be totally out of sync
The new location is so great, and the unique selection of clothing really does have a little something for everyone. But the greatest asset of Park and Province is the staff, who are welcoming and don’t put on the heavy pressure for the sake of making a sale. Karl and James went over and above for me to find the item I wanted in the sizing that works best, and I can’t thank them enough for stepping up bigtime. Definitely will be back!
Such a lovely place for a wonderful shopping experience. It’s in a great location, has a beautiful interior and is filled with great products and even greater staff that is incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. Between the accessories and clothing, it’s easy for almost anyone to leave with something that can brighten their day. Will for sure be returning and will also recommend to friends.
I always enjoy coming into the store. Regardless if you are just browsing or looking to make a purchase, the guys working are always super friendly and personable and really make the store what it is. The service is always hit and miss at most of the higher end mens stores in the city but never at Park & Province.- always Good vibes every time I go in. On top of the awesome service and clothes, they have really nice fragrances and candles.
Incredible shopping experience! This store is beautifully curated and the gentleman working there was helpful and a great conversationalist. He took the time to talk about the brands the store carried and give us insight into what my partner liked. The staff can make or break a store and at this store they make it.

Hands down the best men’s store in the city. The staff are always so kind and gracious with their time. Always knowledgeable about the products they carry and always a positive vibe in the store. It’s a joy to walk into Park & Province and I rarely leave empty handed.
