Although I was a bit surprised to find out that Jack and Jones stopped putting zippers on many of their pants, which makes it harder for my dad to use them since he is older, I still want to highlight how kind and attentive the staff was during our visit. I mentioned to one of the employees that the bench inside the fitting room was too high for my dad, and without hesitation he brought us a smaller chair so my dad could try on the clothes comfortably. Even with the issue about the missing zippers, the excellent service truly improved our experience.
In store and online should get their act together. We bought some things online. Went to the store to exchange for size. The store could not exchange, so they did a refund and charged us current price which was higher than online. Fine. Guess what, we never received the refund! After back and forth since August, we still have not received it. Well done J&J! You got the money and the clothes back.
I was shopping for my husband and stumbled into Jack and Jones. When I tell you I had the best service … I was shocked. Usually, the sales associates in the shopping world are very pushy but I had the best experience with Adam the manager ( the guy with a lot of tattoos ahah) he picked out 3 different outfits and was very calm when I said I didn’t like some stuff he then proceeded to grab me other shirts. He made me feel like I left the store happy! Thank you Adam for making my shopping experience stress-free ✨ I know my husband will appreciate all the clothes I got. Ps: the store was very clean and the hangers were spaced out perfectly for me to shop

I recently visited the store and I must say that the manager, Adam, provided exceptional customer service.He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made my shopping experience fantastic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, largely due to the excellent management. I love the brand. The muscular guy in the pants section, was not friendly at all! He pushed me to come up with a decision. I will never go there again, buy online. They have more color variations, too
Today's visit to Jack and Jones at Eaton Center wasn't great, unlike my usual experiences. I encountered a muscular employee in the pants section who didn't seem very friendly. When I asked for a different size, he responded as if my request had inconvenienced him greatly, even though my visit and purchase took less than 15 minutes in total. I'm not sure if this is his usual demeanor or if he was just having a rough day. Regardless, I'll make sure to avoid him next time or head to a different store if he is there.
