Very disappointed with my experience at Paramount Lebanese on Thursday and fee times before I went there around 1:30 PM and was told they didn’t have chicken available — which was surprising for the middle of the day. Instead of letting me know before taking my order, they accepted it and then gave me a falafel wrap without asking. When I brought it up, the staff was rude and refused to refund or take the order back. Definitely not the kind of service I expected from this place.
This my 2nd time coming to this restaurant. But The reason ill be coming back is because of kazeem, don't know if thats how the person spells his name but he is been so sweet, always smiling. The guy who is on the salad bar.
A mistake was made with my order - which happens when they are putting their popular hot sauce on everyone's shawarma! But they replaced my order with a smile! Shokran habibi, I love your food!
The staff member who first took my order was extremely disrespectful and even yelled at me. When I paid, the receipt printed, but the cashier still tried to charge me again, claiming I hadn’t paid. I had to point to the receipt on their own machine before he finally gave it to me without any apology. On top of that, the food quantity was nowhere near what it should have been. Absolutely unacceptable service and experience. I will never be returning here again
Had a chicken shawarma. Great flavour and quantity. Kazim took the time to make it the way I wanted it as I don't like some ingredients. Will go again.
The bald guy gave me half chicken quantity in the wrap and I pointed out that the chicken quantity in my wrap is half as compared to the next wrap. The blond lady said, “take from me next time.” instead of fixing the quantity. I should have thrown shawarma there and left. Unfortunately, I didn’t. Next time, I’ll come and if you do the same, I’ll leave the wrap on the counter. Better you eat that.
I was planning to put this on my bucket list for my visit to Toronto but reviews for each location says that the servings are pretty small. Sometimes people from other cultures who experienced a lot of poverty are use to having smaller servings and this could be the reasons. North American countries are use to having generous portions. I would prefer to visit a restaurant that serves generous portions. I had to give a star a star to give my review, and so I gave it an average star.
