I had an excellent and completely stress-free experience with this moving company. They sent 2 guys to move my stuff from a one bedroom apartment. The movers were hard-working, quick, and carefully wrapped up and packed everything in their truck. They didnt damage anything from the furniture and the price for the job was reasonable. I will definitely keep the number of Tower Moving in my phone contacts for future needs. Great job guys!
This was one of the worst experiences. I spoke directly with the owner to let him know that I had a piano and a 2 bedroom bungalow. The only things that had to be moved were large pieces - all boxes of small items, clothes etc. we had moved ourselves. They took so long to load the truck. They brought a truck too small. Said I had never mentioned a piano. My teenage daughter and myself (who has a pain disability) had to unload the truck with the movers, to save money. They had to bring another truck, as the original one was filled. They were very slow, actually 5 hours over what was estimated. The cost was several thousand over the original quote. Upon dispute with the owner, he denied any responsibility. Would not alter the bill AT ALL>I have many friends who are moving and have told them all NOT TO EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are charlatans and have no customer service. Do not be drawn in by the lower price, it is a FRAUD. It is too bad for them, because, if they had even discounted the price by 2 hours, we would have been happy, but they wouldn't. So they lost about 10 jobs out of that. They suck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
Moving day is always stressful but Tower Moving made it all a lot easier. They showed up on time and the four gentlemen had everything out and into the new place in about 5 hours. A lot shorter then I original figured. They were courteous and careful with my stuff and I even got them to make a stop along to way to drop a couple things off with no complaint. All in all, it made the day go by like a flash and would definitely use them again, if and when I decide to move - but that will be for a while now.

We hired Tower Moving throughout the month of April to help move a large item for a month long event. Throughout the whole experience they have been nothing but professional and hardworking. I would recommend them to anyone whether it be for commercial and personal moves. Ryan has been very accommodating with our busy schedule and has been able to schedule moves last minute. Overall very happy with Ryan and his team! Thanks guys!
